It's not enough to think about the concern. You have to face them. Maybe they are not as bad as you think. Maybe they show totally different problem than you think, so move your ass from the bed and go check it before you assume anything.  Problems do not solve themselves, they usually need a human, guess what - YOU ARE HUMAN. You might not solve the problem but at least make sure that you tried!

Nie wystarczy myśleć o zmartwieniach. Trzeba się z nimi zmierzyć. Być może nie są takie złe jak myślisz. Być może pokażą zupełnie inny problem niż myślisz, więc rusz tyłek z łóżka i sprawdź to zanim zaczniesz wnioskować coś. Problemy nie rozwiązują się same, zwykle potrzebują człowieka, zgadnij co - TY JESTEŚ CZŁOWIEKIEM. Być może nie rozwiążesz problemu, ale przynajmniej miej pewność że próbowałeś!
